I've had it officially confirmed to me that the WBF junior bridge camp in Nashville has been cancelled.

Does anyone here know why?

My bet is that you may have to email Charlotte Blaiss (her.name@acbl.org) to find out. She's in charge of the Junior program. I don't know if she's actually free to give a reason, though.

I didn't even know that there was one scheduled for Nashville.

Charlotte has retired from ACBL, so that email is no longer active and she is not the ACBL staff person with responsibility for ACBL Junior programs. It is my understanding, but I do not know for certain, that the decision to cancel the WBF Junior Camp planned for Nashville next summer was made by WBF, not ACBL.
Jan Martel, who should probably state that she is not speaking on behalf of the USBF, the ACBL, the WBF Systems Committee, or any member of any Systems Committee or Laws Commission.
