I posed this as a poll just to see if there was any interest. I for one, have a need to sort hands into tournaments events, as opposed to team games or main room. I would also like the option of looking for hands with a specific partner. But I don't know how to go about it in software, so this might be a daunting task, or might slow the myhands site too much if programmed in this manner. I also know how to pull the hands into excel and do all this via macro's and to use Bridgebrowser for data a few weeks old or older, so it is not that PRESSING a need for me. I was just wondering if such a feature would be useful to anyone else beside me.

Of course, it may not be feasible, but it is a suggestion I would like to make. :)

I would like an option that was just about filtering by partner. That's why I voted for the option that includes that, but frankly, I couldn't care less about the other parts (I wouldn't mind if choices were included, but I'm not clamoring for them).

If standard list components were used, you could sort on IMPs.

IMPs are not a foolproof indicator of quality of play.

I believe myhands could be jazzed up in many quite simple ways - sort/filter by scoring, score, partner, contract, declarer, tricks (needed, won, amount over/under), whether we were on defense or offence...

Don't you get this functionality (and more) if you buy BridgeBrowser?

I'm sure you do, and I understand BrBr to be a very good product with great capabilities for analysing hand data. I'd love to have it :)

I have my own myhands database, and can perform any of the functions I have listed (and more) using it.

It's no great achievement, and I'm sure it would not be very difficult to add some small extra filters, etc. into the online version.

I like the idea of splitting into "main room", tourneys and teammatches.
