No explanation for jump shift

I presume the lack of explanation of 3 is related to the strange ("double jump raise") explanation of 4.

Why would you need an explanation for 3? It is natural and strong.

So, you wound up bidding and making a pretty good 6. What is the problem?

ALL bids in GIB auctions should have explanations; I'm simply reporting a software issue.
