Partnership Bidding is part of the web-client (and the implementation is superior to that which you used in the Windows client).

In order to access Partnership Bidding in the web-client, start your own table (in the Main Bridge Club for example) and select "Bidding" as the table-type.

At this point in time GIB's double dummy solver is available only to web-client users who have spent some money on our site in the relatively recent past. If you play the occasional $1 tournament, you will have access to the double dummy solver. Sorry about this, but unlike the Windows client, there is a real cost for us to make the double dummy solver available to web-client users.
