On such an important matter as bidding, price is of course no object. However, for those on a tight budget, I note that you can get it new at Amazon for $18. You will have to pay your own shipping though unless the total order is above $25. They have used copies for $62, so that would get you free shipping I guess.

The price appears to go up as the book is used, so maybe the $1000 item was really used a lot.
