I would also make what I think is the "normal" 2D bid. Too many likely auctions in which the fancier bids could backfire.

I didn't know Marshall Miles would bid 2S. I find that pretty strange given how often he wants to overcall 1S on a 4-card suit. Actually, I find it pretty strange that anybody might want to bid 2S.

I don't know how well known it is but not only does he bid very weirdly, but he isn't really bothered that his style fits terribly opposite itself. He would be his own worst partner possible.
Please let me know about any questions or interest or bug reports about GIB.

2. Maybe I will have a chance to show later.
I hope this is non forcing (overcaller may pass with hand up to 9-10hcp or something like that). Some of my partners want to play it as forcing. My opinion is that even if you agree to play it as unlimited, forcing it's still right to pass as overcaller with weakish hand.

Should have stopped after the 1st sentence. I don't think agreeing to play a certain bid as unlimited/forcing, and then passing it, will be a long-run success.

my agreement on 2/1s is: it is forcing unless you overcalled on your usual junk again.

I'd bid 2 without troubling my brain much. 2 aims for a pretty small target.
