All white, West deals and it goes:

3-Pa-Pa-3
Pa-4-Pa-4
All Pass

Scoring: MP

Also, he rates to not have a heart void when he leads the 3.

Besides playing for fun, most people also like to play bridge to win

South 100%, because he had an obvious pass of 4.

If North had worse hearts and better spades, he would have bid 4, choice of games. I can't believe that anyone plays that as a spade raise.
... that would still not be conclusive proof, before someone wants to explain that to me as well as if I was a 5 year-old. - gwnn

Even if you don't play 4 as COG, passing 4 is reallly obvious. I mean how much more suitable for playing hearts instead of spades can a 6-card spade suit get.

North 100% for forcing an obviously mental person to play bridge with him.

i have spades
i have spades oh wait i got passed out last time. great :P
... and I can prove it with my usual, flawless logic.

Both are at fault IMO. South for bidding 4 over 4. North for bidding 4 probably removing us from the last contract that rates to make. If partner had a good enough hand for 4 to make he will normally X altho we probably have a shot at the top end of a 3 call.

Actually it is. Perhaps the American translation is different.
