Problem with Adobe Flashplugin in Linux Bug Reports

In my computer (System: Debian 5.0.4 Lenny amd64 version, Browsers: Firefox 3.6.5pre; Firefox 3.0.6 re-branded as Iceweasel; Google Chrome 5.0.375.55 beta, Flash-plugin: Shockwave Flash 10.0 r45, both 32bit and 64bit alpha version), the flash version Bridge Base Online often runs out of control after about 30 minutes, eating up CPU percentages, and forced me to close browser and reopen.

Flash sucks, thats what it is, I have to deal with it at my job every day, it drives me bonkers.
