On Board 4, 6♦ has a lot of chances, and at matchpoints you would want to be there. It is the top scoring contract, but not a ten. Let's call it an 8. When 6♦ goes down, so will 3NT most likely, and 3NT should not outscore 5♦, but 5♦ is likely to outscore 3NT. The interesting contract is 4♠, if it makes, it at either ties or beats 5♦, but 4♠ has chances to be plus or minus one, or even plus two. I rated 4♠ as slightly better at matchpoints than 5♦.

slams are not so good, I rate them a 2

After Board 5, the Goodwin's jump out to a sizeable lead.

Maybe this is a silly comment (feel free to lol) but on board 5 6NT from the N is superior to any other slam because it will take more points any time it is let through, which is just as often as any other slam?

Also, not sure how much more work this is, but is it possible to get what each pair bid on each hand? I am relying only on memory as to what my side bid and I'm getting old.

EDIT: on the other hand spade slams are likely to be played from the South, where a diamond might be lead at trick 2 more often due to the bidding, so idk.

(4.) 6♦ looks like it needs a lot. We need to pick up trump for starters. Beyond that we need to ruff three clubs, or manage a 4th spade trick along with making the right decision if the ♥A is right. 5♦ looks more reasonable than 3N.
