Today I watched the live "vugraph" of the Chesss World Blitz Championship:

(the stream start at 14:55, games at 15:00)
of course there was traditional board vue sites too (onsite/chessbase/chessdom/...)
I wish we could have that for brige too

Did you miss the live streaming from World Bridge Championship in Philly? I think the videos might still be available at this site but even if not there will no doubt be some further streaming from bridge events in the future.

While we have had live streams of some Bridge tournaments, many of those for Chess tournaments are far more advanced. Instead of just a webcam fixed at one table, they have excellently edited videos with complete coverage of the event, player interviews, expert analysis, post game press conference, etc. so that you can follow the games completely just by looking at the live stream.
