IMO, win, draw trumps, run ♦J. Win ♥ return and lead another ♦. Hope LHO has
♦Q or
♦A, ♣A, and 1-2 ♥ or
♦98(x) and 4-5 ♥ without ♣A.

On a trump lead, it matters less who has ♣A.
