MP's

Pass or another call? (would you bid different at other Vuln and/or at IMP's?
If you DBL: What do you expect partner to bid with a weak 42(43)?

Double. I have a model hand with model distribution and the vulnerability and scoring is perfect. So this is not a hard problem at all.

Partner can bid 2NT as scrambling if he doesn't have a clear preference. He is allowed to bid 3 on a doubleton, though.

Agree with Michael - textbook double of 2.

Although I would double also, I don't believe this is the model situation others think.

The perfect model would be (1S) 2H (2S) P (P) ?

In that classic situation, there are fewer chances LHO was sitting behind ready to pounce; and much more chance that, even though pard did not make a responsive double, we will have an 8-fit in a minor.

Perhaps another queen would be advisable on the given auction, but as stated, I would double anyway.
