I've got an idea, stick the ♠Q in diamonds and slam is pretty good, but yeah, seems like a lot to ask.

Again it appears that GIB is making a quantative raise, she is not asking about heart quality.

I get the impression that GIB makes a lot of quantative raises even in suit contracts.

If quantative, you have a dead minimum.

I was about to say that you still need to bring in diamonds for 5 tricks or the club queen dropping. But then I remembered that GIB would always make this against ♦Jxxx offside thanks to its double dummy capabilities!
