I've got an idea, stick the ♠Q in diamonds and slam is pretty good, but yeah, seems like a lot to ask.

Again it appears that GIB is making a quantative raise, she is not asking about heart quality.
I get the impression that GIB makes a lot of quantative raises even in suit contracts.
If quantative, you have a dead minimum.
