I'm considering leading a trump, but it doesn't quite feel right since I can over ruff declarer if he plays on ♠. Don't see much future in leading a ♠ or ♦,so that leaves ♣.
I'm going to lead 4th best ♣, but could easily be talked into a low ♥.

The bidding does not make sense. Someone has misbid their hand. I have to assume it is my opps and lead the ace of ♥ hoping that a second ♥ lead will be obvious.
