2]X should show a TOX of ♠
3]pass ...your verbage should be "game all" not "love all" unless what is in the parentheses is really (all white}

For the first hand make sure you have agreement with p on the meaning of double, some people play it for penalty.

I don't know what we actually did on the first two because I don't recognise them, but I have voted on what I would do.

My partner doubled on all of them and I made 1 less trick than I should on all of them.
I collected:
-380 on first
-800 on second
-1400 on third

I hate a 1♥ overcall on the first one. Overcalling a four-card suit is OK when it's pure, but this one has a flaw in every suit.

I had the third one at the table and doubled. Why do you hate this Frances? I consider it the most automatic of the three, but gnasher considers it also the most controversial. What is the alternative to double, I would hate 1NT on jack-third in a major and pass just looks bad.

What's the whole auctions(or even better whole hands)? Maybe it's not a problem with X/pass/overcall but the problem of later auction.

On the third one the problem is that partner has a 4342 with the only high card the king of spades, and when 3rd seat redoubles you have nowhere to go. There were body parts strewn all over the room on this hand.

It's the wrong vulnerability, and it has the wrong spade holding. I think pass is just normal, as does my husband. (My partner thinks double is just normal, so there you go...)
