It turns out 3NT works, at least against this defense, but I don't think GIB is supposed to make that bid with these cards.

West led top of three-small against NT! Does that mean this is fixed, or is something else going on here?

This does look like a bug. The rule for 3NT just looks at total points. The rule for Stayman was changed several years ago to require 8 HCP unless it also has a 6+ minor, in which case it will bid it with 7 HCP. That change prevents the Stayman rule from taking precedence with this hand.

No changes have been made to GIB's leading. And T32 is not 3 small, T is an honor. I tried the hand myself with GIB default settings, it made the standard lead of 4th best . myprac must have gotten a simulation run that told it 10 was better. Without knowing the type of game the hand was originally played in, I can't emulate the same conditions.

Basic or Advanced robots?

Unfortunately, in the MBC there's no way for me to find out the random seed. Tourneys all use the same seed, so we can reproduce things there.
