3nt.

South has 12 high cards and a decent 5 card minor suit. North opened the other minor and rebid nt. It is possible that you have a 9 card fit, but you are going to have right around 25 points or so, which makes club game or slam less likely than 3nt.

I don't get the 3NT bidders. If this hand is a GF opposite a minimum opening bid then we should have responded 2C. That the given response is 1S, we can assume the OP opens light enough that this is wrong. Hence our systemic NT invite seems clear.

I don't think it's that straight forward. We might not hold GF opposite some unbalanced minimum opening. (Ie. many hands with 6)
But balanced hands we open might be sound enough, always 12 or so that we want to GF now.
That said, I'd invite but with better spots I would start with 1 but bid 3NT now.

What is a 1/2 system?

It's where you respond at the one level over opening bids at the two level. Or it's a system in which you have only half the agreements you need. Kind of like the ones I play with my regular partners. B-)
