4C. Partner has a very good hand. I don't, but I do have a club fit, so I bid them.

If 4C now is wrong, then partner should have doubled 2H (diamond fit) or passed 3H to let them go minus at 50 cents per trick. I don't think 4C is an underbid. I think it shows every card of value in my hand.

Agree with this. This was more of a reality check than anything else. The other hand did have a tricky hand to bid - AKxx JTxx void, AKQxx, but with this I think we just accept our 50's.
