Normally you wouldn't have enough values for a forcing 2♠ bid, but given your great ♦ fit, I would still bid it as you can safely retreat to ♦.

To bid 2♠ here, you usually need a decent 9+ HCP and a 5+ card spade suit.
Here, the queen of hearts is in RHO's suit, so it isn't a great card, but you have 5-card diamond support so you are worth 2S.

If you have fit-jump gadget you can try it. Otherwise 2♠ for the reasons mentioned above
