Hi all,

If I try to open a MOVIE in "My hands", there is only the plain form without any cards or bids.

I can save the movie and open from my HD and all is ok.

Is this only my problem? Is my software anyhow spoiled.

Is there anyone, who made the same experience?

tks all.

Regards

Al

For some time the last few days of hands on the myhand site will not show the hands. I have been meaning to say somethiong about it....

To see this, enter some long days, like 40 (it will not show 40 days of course, but wil lthree or four weeks. Simply click on the oldest day or two, and try to see a hand. It will not show.

Hi Ben, Hi Andreas,

many thanks for your help.

I can save the hands to my PC and open it there; works fine.

But if I try to open in my hands it doesn't work. The days before it always worked.

This pops up every now and again.

The solution seems to be: clear your IE cache, and it will start working

To clear IE cache:

Launch IE
Menu TOOLS/INTERNET OPTIONS
Tab General/DELETE FILES
