This is a known issue with substitutes. The software doesn't prevent the same player from being substituted twice on the same board. What happened was this:
A player got disconnected, ciscobeech was put in as a sub, and he started bidding the hand.
The player reconnected, was put back in his old seat, and finished playing the hand; ciscobeech was put back on the available sub list
A player at another table disconnected, ciscobeech was put in as a sub.
It's on our to-do list to fix, but not a high priority since the circumstances are so rare.
