How can I make and send to teaching table prepared deals where South is the dealer constantly in every board? Unfortunately, every time the first deal will be North as dealer, the second is East, etc. It's important when only 1 student is at the table (as South) and the teacher (sitting all other seats) want that the opening bidder be the student.

( sd|s| does not work )

Thanks, Zoltan

I don't think you can do this. Maybe Fred will confirm that.

As a work around I can think of two options:

1. Load a new lin everytime - this might be a little time consuming.

2. Load boards 3, 7, 11 ... so that south is always dealer.

Method 1 does not work (1 deal/1 file) because the dealer is always North, not South.

(Is this a complex problem?)

Thank you, Wayne.

Low tech, sit your student north, then new hand each time.

Try clicking the New button in the Movie window. A window will appear. If you enter 3 for both the first and last board you will get a file in which South is the dealer. Also note that EW will be vulnerable. If you want a different vulnerability, use 7, 11, or 15 instead of 3.

Sorry this is a little awkward. One day I will make things easier, but this is not exactly high priority.

[QUOTE]Low tech, sit your student north, then new hand each time.

Thx Ben, I know this trick, but the problem is this when at some deals the student must be responder, not opener. A solution: the student changes her/his seat, but this is an annoying situation and a wasting time for an unexperienced student.

Thank you, Fred, this will be (hope: temporary) the solution. For teachers sometimes important, who is the dealer (and also, good service for clients), I think.

I know, teachers get free sevice from you, Fred:))))))))))).
