I can't come up with a viable alternative to 3NT.

Partner is going to have an entry and clubs good enough to run? That sounds like 11 tricks in clubs: 7 clubs, three side Aces, plus partner's entry. You might make 5 if opener has KQJTxxx of clubs and out (likely not much worse than the diamond finesse) while 3N is pretty hopeless. Looks to me like 5 has more going for it than 3N.

3n is not an option it is a really bad bid. I would just pass but the other alternative would be 5c as timg said.

Random system alert...3d over 3c as artificial one of many hands including an invite to 5c

3 to ask for a three card major (or simply asking) coud be right, without this tool, I try 5, too many chances of 11 tricks, even opposite a w/r preempt.
3 Nt is silly. If you play partner for (say) Kx, xx,xx, KQJxxxx, 6 clubs is great...
Kind Regards

I would take the high road of 5 unless playing one of the 3 gadgets. Do we know anything about partner's preempt style?

I would say it is aggressive, but not crazy. I also bid 5. Game ended up being on a diamond finesse that failed as we had a club loser opposite QJ109xxx. The other table didn't open 3 and played in 1 making.
