I'd play RHO for it, because of the vacant-space considerations. Once you've given LHO six hearts and a few black-suit honours that doesn't leave much room for ♦Q.
I wonder if we should play ♥A and take a first-round diamond finesse, catering for a 1=4 break? The difference between -50 and -100 won't be much, but the difference between -50 and -150 will be lots if people are making 3♠ exactly.
