BBF URL not working Alternative URL

It takes a few hours until name-servers all over the wourld have learned where http://forums.bridgebase.com is is to be found. The problem should be solved by now.

It really should had been solved by URL change time (DNS changes predated it by enough time).

It seems some DNS servers just ignore that such records have a limited time. For example, my ISP's.

We can't do much from here, sorry.

this was very odd.. i issued a broadcast in bbo about the new address... got messages that the new link didn't work (which was odd because it worked for me)... so i issued another saying there must be some problem that the link worked for me, but not for others.. .then i was flooded with messages that they worked....

thanks for the explaination.. most people who wrote to me actually said the link worked, looks like 11 it works, 5 it didn't
