I don't have a suggestion for a sensible meaning for the use of 4NT over 3S. All I know is that it should not be RKCB in Spades.

I don't have a suggestion for a sensible meaning for the use of 4NT over 3S. All I know is that it should not be RKCB in Spades.

It said straight "Blackwood", not RKCB. and "5- spades". Why would you KC in a splinter?

To be accurate, it said "Blackwood (S)". How could the qualifier "(S)" have any relevance except in the context of the OP?
