Version 4.1.3 Sound issue maybe related to the "welcome" issue?

Hi

I was sitting in lobby,sound effects are enabled,
and just hovering mouse over names when suddenly
sound is gone......and never came back.

I just wondered if this could be in any way related to others
getting "welcome" sound?

It wasn't enough to restart BBO to get sound back to normal.
Had to reboot machine ;)

The same problem was here. No sound, had to reboot my computer.
After reboot everything is OK.
