I suggest you remove the "Poll Title" field from the forum poll script.

Why? Because it doesn't add much to the point and, because it appears above the "Question" field, I sometimes fill out "Poll title" but forget "Question" (which is mandatory) and as a result the poll fizzles and I have to go back and redo stuff all over again Posted Image
