I assume it would understand 2NT. What were you trying to accomplish?

This (particolar) bidding is an informative contre for minor suits (against spades) usually recorring at four level (4 ♠ by an opp, 4NT=X). But in this bidding there is a double jumping against 1♠ that should mean N-S don't fill 4♠ but E-W gain for a game in diamonds or clubs. (Is it not that lacking of information has made pass by West ?).
