I bid 3H reluctantly. I still think it's a bit of a stretch, but my question is, shouldn't North bid 4 with two extra trumps and a singleton in clubs?

The hand made four even with South's ultra minimum.

On a side note, notice the horrible 2♣ bid and inexplicable absence of a raise from East.
