Both my partner and a friend got locked out during an ACBL pairs tournament. Normally, when that happens, one has to logoff and log in again; the system will place you back in your seat. In both cases today, the seat was taken by someone else (from the casual server?) and neither of them was able to play the rest of the tournament.

The new server is only for casual play at a table, it won't impact a tournament in progress in any way.

If you lose connection during a tournament, when you log back in, stay on home screen or somewhere in the Competitive area. Don't click the Casual button to watch a table while waiting, for instance.

If you simply logged off and on, and did not click the Casual button at any moment, whatever happened there was not related to the Casual server.
