Hi All,
Does anyone have any experience of playing:
1N-2C = 4+ hearts
1N-2D = 4+ spades
And if so, could you please kindly share notes? What would your other responses to 1N (2H/2S/2N) mean?
Thanks in advance!

A pair I know plays a method like this. I could ask them for notes, but they'll probably be in Swedish. From what I can see on their CC:
2C = 4+H, 0+ hcp
2D = 4+S, 0+ hcp
2H = a) INV with 5+m. b) GF 4-4 minors.
2S = a) Balanced INV. b) 5-5 minors, weak or GF.
2NT = INV, at least 4-4 minors.

In the 70s and 80s, Eric Crowhurst created/developed many of the methods, now coming into vogue.
Pat Dowdeswell, a regular partner of Eric, says that over partner's 1NT opener, they played:
Pat Dowdeswell, a regular partner of Eric, says that over partner's 1NT opener, they played:
- 2♣ = ART Enquiry about ♥. Can be weak. (2♦ = 2, 2♥ = 3+).
- 2♦ = ART Enquiry about spades. Values for 2NT (2♥ = 2, 2♠ = 3+),
- 2♥ = TFR to ♠ (may also be 4-4 majors or both minors).
- 2♠ = BAL Raise to 2NT or ART Baron.
- 2NT = PUP to 3♣ (either weak minor or G/F in both minors).
