I would appreciate help!
There is one member who, despite logging onto BBO, remains off-line when I look for her via "People"; the problem came to light when I was organising a team match, and could not start the match until she had logged on - she was adamant that she had done so, and was waiting in the Competitive area (I checked that she was not visible in the Casual area, which she was not.
After much trying (rebooting PC etc) I started the Team's match (when she said she was once again in Competitive) and lo and behold the system recognised her as being present; during the match her status remained as off-line.

She's probably logged on as "Invisible". It's a checkbox on the log in screen.
It's actually designed (partly) so that people can be on BBO without randomly being dragged into Team Matches (or having to decline one a minute)!
