Teaching table

Is it possible to load a part hand set into a teaching table for a quiz? An example might be SA1095 for north and south to be SQJ4. To discuss correct play to gain 3 tricks

Not at a teaching table unless you just upload a full hand that happens to have that in one suit.

But you could just provide them a link to a handviewer URL to open in a new tab - the format is straightforward:

I believe you can upload partial lin file hands, but the East hand(last hand in the lin file) will get a bunch of extra cards. But if you plan to put your card combinations in the NS hand, it should work acceptably.
