I like
2c staym
2d inv+ with 5+ in either major
2M/3m to play
3M slam invite with c/d
Can maybe be improved in various ways but it avoids transfers with weak hands which is the main objective

Love this. Do you mind sharing the followups after 1N-2D?

Opener responds as if responder has opened a Multi 2:
2: rejects an invite with hearts
2: accepts an invite with hearts but rejects spades
2NT: GF

An alternative method is to play Major Doubleton Relay, where opener shows a doubleton. This will often be the same as rejecting the invite, but it means that we aren't necesarily in a GF with the 2NT response which could be a minimum 33(34). So it's a bit more complex and maybe more suitable for strong NT. But then again, if you play strong NT you probably prefer to play transfers.

Mikeh

You appear not to catet for any (42)(52) shapes as 1NT.

Also what are your follow ups after
1N. 2D
2S. Shows 4+ hearts, denies spades

Thanks

If we have 2=4=5=2 shape and decide to open 1N we’d show 4H and, if asked, 4 diamonds. With 4 spades and a 5 card minor, some 5422, we’d open 1m and rebid 1S unless we had weak suits and strong doubletons.

After 1N 2D 2S, 2N is a relay

3C is 4 diamonds (obviously could be 5 but responder assumes 4), 3D is clubs, 3H does not exist, 3S is 5H and 3N is 3433.

After 1N 2D 2H, 2S is a relay

2N denies spades, and now 2N asks exact shape

3c over 2S is spades and diamonds, 3D is clubs, 3H is 4333 max, 3S is 5 spades, 3N is 4333 min.
