instant tournament access problem

I started playing instant tournaments in december. The last several weeks i can not access them on my computer. I can access on my phone. I wrote bbo support and it was not helpful. They assumed i couldn't access bbo. I can can play club games bbo games just not instant tournament. I thought maybe there was a max number per month but now it is a new month and I still can't access.c
any ideas?

What does "cannot access" mean? Do you not see the Instant Tournaments button at all when clicking on Solitaire, or something else?

no error msg for poor completion %....thats usually the main reason.

If have noted these tournaments recently have intermittend error messages stating something like "currently not available, try again later" and later it does work indeed.
This is a recent issue that I have seen a couple of times over the past weeks.
They must have updated something without properly testing the change.

I'm having the same problem. The error message is:
"Weekly Free Instant is temporarily not available. Please try again later."
It started 2-3 weeks ago and I cannot play also via mobile.

I dont get an error message. All the instant tournament buttons are frozen but I can acces speedball club games etc

No I always completed. and I dont even get an error message.. It is just dead.. Weird that no one else is having similar problem. Today I couldn't buy bbo bucks clicked button and nothing
