Hi

I appreciate this hand was badly played by yours truly. It should have made 4+1 but I noticed in the traveller how many had made 4+2 after leading the 10 of spades which was covered versus leading the 9 to finesse

If you lead 9 West plays low and if you play 10 it is covered. I don't know if that is common playing technique but useful to remember in future

The 3 would have been a unusual lead from a doubleton. Either the lead is a stiff (where I guess that east would play J from QJx so your always going to lose a trick, or the Q is stiff and the lead is from Jxx

Most players consider the 'ten' as a minor honor card so that is why the Robot covers, I guess. And does not when the 9 is led.
