Too new to bbo to join this tournament Registration failed

Hi. I've been trying to register for the daylong games and get the above message. Can someone please explain why/how/when I will be able to play? Tia

If you register with this username you will be able to register.

If you are trying to do so with one of your other accounts which are still 'newbies', then you won't be able to register.
