Inconsistent database

When looking at the definitions for opening 1N GIB will open 1N with a 5-card major if 15-16 HCP, but open 1Ma if 17 HCP.

BUT, when opening 1N and bidding 2Ma over competition it shows a 5-card suit with 17 HCP
