I already got my answer from Bridgewinners, but I think this is a good lesson hand. Answer is apparently obvious to experts, but not so for intermediates.

Overtake the D and lead a S is the obvious defence. There are one or two holdings where this may be wrong, but I see no reason not to do the obvious here.

Yes agree. Anyway, we know that the ♥ suit is a favorable break, so why set up dummy's long suit for declarer's ♠ discards? we need to attack the ♠ suit at trick 2.
