I appreciate there are possible confounding issues with eyesight but most of the time spectacles do not help when playing computer Bridge (my case)
I had a very embarassing contract recently. Doesn't happen often but being in 3 clubs when half the field is in 6 spades is embarassing

I was trying to force to slam myself - we didn't even get to game :)

People have frequently asked to be able to choose the colour of each suit, once receiving the reply that BBO did not want too many options and this was difficult to implement.

IIRC, a 4 color deck was an option in the original windows version of BBO. Obviously BBO is not Burger King where you can "Have It Your Way". The too many options nonsense is really ridiculous, as BBO could "hide" infrequently used options in a "secret" menu

It's hard to believe, I know, but a very small number of BBO patrons are over the age of 60 and aren't IT experts with superfast computers and ultra reliable internet connections.
For this tiny population of players any additional feature is a roadblock.
