My "advanced" GiB robot explained my 2NT as "Unusual notrump overcall 5♣ and 5!", which maybe should have rung alarm bells.
But 3♠?
Does GiB have follow-ups to Unusual and is this consistent?

Since you also have X or 1NT to show minors I would read 2NT as minors with strength so 3♠ sets ♦ as trumps and is GF. That's my guess

Your descriptions always seem to get truncated - no idea why; never happens to me and isn't related to GIB itself. The actual description is 5+ ♣, 5+ ♦; 3- ♥; 3- ♠; 15+ total points; forcing.
But no, GIB is totally broken when using 2NT after two suits have been bid - the description of minimum responses is 3 or less total points; it may bid them with a point or two more, but give it a boring 6 count with 3 card support for one of your minors, and it comes up with this seemingly undefined bid because it has no idea how to continue.

The explanation truncation is not systematic, some explanations much longer than this were not truncated.
Latest Chrome under updated Windows 11, if relevant.
P.S. talking about explanations, it gave me my all time favourite explanation last week: (from memory) "5+ spades, 6+ hearts, 4+ diamonds, biddable clubs". Kudos if you can guess the sequence
