Ben seems to always treat 1NT-4NT as Blackwood instead of quantitative (despite descriptions claiming quantitative). So no way then to avoid ending up in 6NT.

Not sure if this is a Ben issue or a me issue, but I'm having trouble understanding where Ben is coming from on this board Particularly the takeout of 1NTx into 2NT.

I came here to post about the exact same hand. I was speechless to be removed from 1N-X into 2N!

Ben pulled my penalty redouble to a worse contract!
I would like to play 5♣xx with extra trump length but Ben pulled my penalty to 5♦, which ended up down 1 doubled due to bad trump split.

Ben responds with a jump to 3 Diamond after his partners 1 Spade opening. This is supposed to be an Invitational non forcing with a 6+ Diamond suit.
Bens holding was 9 card running diamonds and no high cards in the other suits. That is a forcing 4 loosers hand by all means. The opening hand was a standard opening hand with no Diamond support. 3 Diamond +3 laydown.
