Help
I have raised this earlier with no success or response. Can't bbo rename dummy hand as "dummy" instead of "robot" so that there is no possible confusion for the declarer? Will it entail a lot of work for the programmers? Would appreciate an answer by any of the bbo programmers. Thanks.

People have been asking for at least a decade, don't hold your breath. Also to make it clear when a human has been switched to play when his robot partner declared.
If you like (or at least can live with) the 'hand diagram' view, that makes it evident who is dummy, unlike the default 'picture of cards' view.

Way too tough for BBO to make those types of changes. I think they need to raise prices another 500% before they have the money to hire programmers to do something like that.

Unfortunately so, to some extent. They are particularly reluctant to touch the play interface, even if it has remained basically the first idea to cross Fred's mind
But as said, there is an effective indication of who is dummy if you switch to 'hand diagrams' (which some of us prefer anyway).

Pay attention, it's not hard to know which direction dummy is.

Agreed my concentration level is perhaps not as good as yours. But why is the dummy shaded and differentiated in the 'hand diagram' view alone? What reason could exist for denying it to 'picture of cards' view?
