Help
I have been trying to put my photo onto my profile. It asks me select my picture, which I do. But then it does not allow me to upload. It just shows select picture again. I’ve done it before, but I wanted to change my picture, and now cannot upload a new one. How do I fix this??

Ditto! What are the limits on size (KB, Height, Width)?

The size limit is 2,000,000 bytes. I don't think there's a height/width limit, but it will be resized to fit the profile display, and downsampled for the thumbnails in player lists.

Have you successfully uploaded your photo? BBO usually checks the photo being uploaded, and it can take up to 2 days for approval. Please let me know if you still have an issue.
