Creating the challenge After after creating the challenge - the challenge is not displayed

After I create a challenge, the challenge never shows - no data refresh. I have to exit the challenge and enter again to see it and start it.
It is necessary to refresh the data automatically after each creation.
Can you please fix this small but annoying app bug?
