PRIME Hand Editor is not working correctly

Anyone having trouble with Hand Editor in Prime? After I enter the cards and click Play to set dealer, I am getting no wee box to set vulnerability, not am I getting any way of entering the bidding.

Seems to work outside of PRIME.
