The GIB System Notes say that the Robots play Two-Way Game Tries. In my experience, they do not. What's the deal?

BBO Robots and Two-Way Game Trys

A paid robot will, but only on very rare occasions (I gave it various 4504s and got a 1♥-2♥-2♠ sequence once, though the majority of the time it bids 3♣ like the free robot).
They used to more regularly a long, long time ago, but I suspect when BBO adjusted long suit game try logic in 2011, that took priority and there were no longer any hands left where it prefers to show shortness as the default bid. So an advanced robot will only bid it if thinks that will work out better in a simulation of possible hands, which is extremely rare.
It does respond to them if you make them though (though it's pointless doing so with a free robot as it doesn't have any judgement).
