I bid 3 - partner is allowed to have QJx AJxx QJxxx A where they'd hopefully cooperate with 4 but stop in 4 after you bid 4

But - knowing your game - I should ask if you're playing opposite a beginner who doesn't know about control bidding; if so I'd just bid 4N.

They don't know ace asking see this JB post

I played one session of F2F in years with a partner who had 500 MP few days ago.

I can only go by that experience and JB posted hand example.

How people get all these MPs I have no idea
