Mimimum amount of BB$ to rent robot?

I have a BBO credit of just under $5.00, but when I try to rent a robot the system says that I don't have enough credit.

Is there a minimum amount of BB$ you need before you can rent a robot (and if so, what is it)?

I did email BBO directly about this, but no reply was provided.

They sgould pay you to pkay with a not. Clealy worse then beginners.

This was also bothering me. Once I had more BBD in my account it said that it was $5.99 to rent robots for 1 week - so $5 is not enough to rent robots.
